Pet Policies

Plan a trip to San Carlos without leaving your best friend at home. At San Carlos Plaza Hotel we welcome your pets. Get to know out pet policies and enjoy the company of your pet to the fullest in San Carlos Plaza Hotel.

Maximum pet weight is 15 kgs (33 Lbs.)

1 pet per room

All pets must bring their own pet bed

WITHOUT EXCEPTION all pets must have a leash attached to the pet’s collar while being outside the room

The pets MUST BE ALWAYS supervised by an adult

It is prohibited for pets to climb or sleep on any furniture

If for any reason a pet is left in a room alone for more than two hours, the administration reserves the right to call the proper authorities to pick up the pet from the room

Pets may not enter pool, garden, hallways or restaurant areas

Parking lot and Beach may be utilized to walk pets and for its necessities

It is the owner’s obligation to always carry a plastic bag to pick up the pet’s leavings

Any damages caused by a pet to the hotel, its employees of other guests, is the pet owner’s SOLE responsibility

The personal space and tranquility of the other guests must be respected

The hygiene of the area where pet is placed if the owner’s responsibility

Housekeeping will not enter the room if the pet is inside without the presence of the owner

The FEE FOR ADMISSION of pets is given at the Front Desk or at the moment of making your reservation ($25 USD per day. Taxes included).
